Meeting Minutes: San Clemente Outreach Event

Here's the notes from our brainstorming meeting on Saddleback San Clemente's outreach event. (Remember there are no bad ideas when brainstorming!)

Dude with blonde hair: Ok, now what we want is an event that will appeal to non-church people, it should be fun, something your family friends and neighbors would attend.

Guy with blonde hair: Let's do a movie night around a blockbuster movie and create a DVD small group set of materials. The Bourne Again Ultimatum?

Woman with long blonde hair: Lets have a picnic at the beach and a sand carving contest for the the best Biblical scene re-creation out of sand.

Old guy with blonde-ish hair: Summer is about reading books - so lets do a free book giveaway sunday!

Guy with brown hair: how about a motivational speaker?

Young woman with mid-length blonde hair: How about a hot rod show with low-riders, loud music and dancers! People could relate to that! Free tattoos!

Other blonde woman: Yeah, and have motorcycles jumping over stuff, and like skaters, and like video games...

Blonde guy with buzz cut: Yes! Yes! and have a tanning booth, and bounce houses, and cotton candy, a website, snow cones, a giant sign on a truck that drives around!, rock bands, velcro wall, super slides, posters, radio djs, free masks from the Travolta movie Hairspray, rockstar energy drinks, wooohooooooooo party like a rock star baby!
